PC GEL is “SECONDARY” anesthetic used on broken skin for permanent makeup procedures, it controls pain, swelling and bleeding. Effective for any painful procedure for permanent make-up, tattooing. Powerful and fast acting and will not swell tissue. Apply a thick coat to eyebrows, eyeliner and lips for 3-5 minutes.
